We’re delighted that An Cosán’s Annual Report, Pathways to a Brighter Future, has been shortlisted in the Arachas Not for Profit (Small/Medium) category at the 49th Published Accounts Awards, run by Chartered Accountants Ireland Leinster Society.

The report tells the story of a year at An Cosán, in Tallaght and beyond: the children learning and growing in our early years services, the families we supported, the learners who took their next steps in education, the partners who stood with us, and how our funding was put to work. It’s the story of An Cosán in numbers and in people and the difference we make together.

It’s also an opportunity to show our supporters, funders and communities how their trust and investment translate into action and to share openly what we have achieved and where we’re going next.

A special thank you to our amazing and dynamic finance team pictured alongside our CEO Heydi Foster. So much thoughtful, detailed work goes on behind the scenes, and we’re delighted to see it recognised through this shortlisting. Thank you, too, to colleagues across An Cosán whose work and contributions helped bring the report together.

We’re looking for a Corporate Services Manager who wants to use their leadership skills to make a lasting difference for children, learners and families across Ireland.

At An Cosán, we know that strong systems and well-supported teams make our work possible. As we mark 40 years of creating opportunities through education, you’ll help shape how our organisation works, strengthening the foundations that allow our people and our mission to thrive.

Reporting directly to the CEO and joining our Senior Management Team, you’ll lead our corporate services function across HR and organisational culture, IT and digital strategy, CRM, facilities, procurement, governance and compliance.

You’ll bring experience of leading teams, delivering organisational change and building effective systems alongside a commitment to the people and communities at the heart of our work.

This is an opportunity to combine strategic leadership with practical delivery, helping colleagues do their best work and enabling An Cosán to make an even greater difference.

Permanent, full-time role
Salary: €65,000–€70,000, depending on experience
Hybrid working, based at our Tallaght headquarters
27–30 days’ annual leave, flexible working arrangements and continuous professional development

We were at Tallaght Health Fair Day this Wednesday (Belgard Community Centre) hosted by Tallaght Community Health Project. Thanks to everyone who stopped by our stand to explore how lifelong learning supports your health and future.

We shared information on everything from access programmes to higher degree courses, including our Women and Wellness course launching in November. Because building confidence, skills and community is part of taking care of yourself.
