💙 MEET LUCY! | WELCOME TO THE SWIM 21 TRAINING TEAM! 🎉

We are absolutely delighted to welcome Lucy McDonnell to the Swim 21 Training team as our newest STA Pool Plant Tutor! 🏊‍♀️

Lucy first joined us earlier this year as a candidate on our STA Pool Plant Operations course, where she achieved the highest marks we have ever recorded at our training centre! 🌟

Since then, Lucy has been working closely with us on her journey to becoming an STA Pool Plant Tutor. This week, she successfully completed her training and passed with flying colours! 👏

Lucy brings a wealth of technical knowledge, enthusiasm and a real passion for pool plant operations. We have no doubt that she will be a fantastic addition to our growing team and an incredible asset to the learners she will be supporting.

One of the most rewarding parts of what we do is seeing our learners develop, achieve their goals and go on to inspire and educate others. Watching Lucy progress from one of our candidates to joining us as a tutor is something we are incredibly proud of. 💙

Welcome to the team, Lucy! We are so proud of everything you have achieved and cannot wait to see you flourish in your new role. Here's to many successful courses ahead! 🎉
