The FormulaDIT car inspires the engineers of the future at the DIT open day in Aungier st.
After many long hours, managed to get the engine running again and and just made it into the endurance race. With Brion at the wheel the car drove very well for 12 laps when eventually a faulty coil knocked out the engine management system and put the car out of the race. Everyone delighted that after all the hard work the car raced. Also delighted to have been placed 9th (out of 90 teams) in the design judging competition - highest placing yet in this section of the competition with a score of 74%.
