First time doing this brutal finisher for Richard. Most will find it hard to get 6 rounds, the first time. We got 8 and he was still standing πͺπ½ππ½ This is because of the solid foundation we built over the past couple of months. ππ½
Richard deadlifted 120kg for 6 reps. This is a personal best. π
He also bench pressed 80kg for 1 rep. This is also a personal best. π

And exactly 3 months ago when we first started working together Richard was lifting 60kg for 5 reps.
