Holy Thursday - The Mass of the Lord's Supper - inaugurates the Easter Triduum, and commemorates the Last Supper of Jesus with his disciples, more explicitly than other celebrations of the Mass.
The Lassus Scholars [including many members of the Orlandus Summer School Choir] have sung Palestrina's glorious Missa Papae Marcelli during this special Liturgy for Maundy Thursday on many occasions. Here is the Gloria as performed in 2019.

As you are all aware there are no public Masses being celebrated in the Dublin Diocese during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Regrettably the Lassus Scholars - many of whom are participants in the Orlandus Summer School - will not have the opportunity of enhancing the liturgical celebrations of Holy Week with the great choral masterworks composed for this special week. Instead we will post some tracks from recent years. This is the Entrance Procession for Palm Sunday from 2019.
