What if just 3 hours of live online training over 3 months could help 50 women feel more confident in their leadership?

That’s exactly what we achieved through Own Your Brilliance — my bespoke confidence and leadership programme delivered in partnership with the incredible Distilled HR team and their Women’s Group.

Over three months, 50 women joined three 60-minute online Power Hours, supported by a practical workbook to help them reflect, take action and embed their learning.

The results were powerful:
Imposter syndrome scores reduced from an average of 6/10 to 4/10 — a 33% reduction.

But the real impact goes beyond the numbers.
Own Your Brilliance was created to help women recognise their strengths, challenge self-doubt and build the confidence to step forward.

Participants explored how to:
- Recognise and overcome imposter syndrome
- Build confidence and resilience through self-awareness
- Advocate for themselves and increase their visibility
- Gain clarity around career goals and next steps
- Create stronger connections and support networks with colleagues.

I’m incredibly proud of the 50 women who took part and the courage, honesty and commitment they brought to every session.

A huge thank you to the Distilled HR team and Women’s Group for trusting me to support their people and for continuing to invest in confidence, capability and leadership development.

Creating workplaces where people feel valued, supported and empowered to thrive is something worth celebrating.

At its core, this workshop explores the idea that colour is more than visual it is emotional, symbolic, and deeply personal. Through guided reflection, visual storytelling, and simple creative exercises, participants are invited to notice where their inner vibrancy has dulled through routine, responsibility, or disconnection, and where it still quietly lives beneath the surface. In doing so, they begin to reawaken a more conscious relationship with themselves.

Using colour as a language for self-inquiry, participants explore identity, emotion, memory, and expression. Each exercise is designed to support reconnection helping women to see how their inner world shapes their outer presence, and how their outer choices can, in turn, support a more aligned and confident inner state. This becomes a process of gentle re-patterning rather than performance or artistic output.

This is not a workshop about artistic skill, but about self-awareness and embodied confidence. It offers a pause from the noise of everyday.
