I am absolutely thrilled to share that our project Community Tech Drive has been awarded a Gold Award at the DCU Intergenerational Awards 2026, presented by DCU Age-Friendly University Global Network! 🎉
Our incredible students delivered one-to-one digital literacy workshops to elderly residents at Marymount Care Centre teaching everything from video calls to internet safety and the impact has been truly life-changing.
💬 One resident sent her very first voice message to her daughter, a simple act that brought her to tears of joy.
♟️ One gentleman rediscovered his love of chess on a tablet, reigniting a passion he thought he had lost.
