13 of our staff spent Tuesday evening upskilling with an in-house Lamh course. Lámh (meaning "hand" in Irish) is a manual sign system developed specifically for children with communication needs in Ireland. The children in our seomra room had a lovely day celebrating Lunar new year. We were very lucky have Euchane's mum Grace make some lovely food to share with her friends, they tried Kimbab this morning which is a Korean dish (we can confirm they were delicious 😋)and Eunchae looked the part in her traditional Hanbok, all the children dressed in red to celebrate and took part in lots of art and sensory activities.

Our playschool group are just mad for the kitchen and making the dinner so the playschool restaurant was opened last week, they were an Italian with pasta play, play dough pizzas, they stuck their own toppings onto a pizza template, and had jelly play for dessert.
