⚠️ TW Blood 🩸

10 YEARS 😭❤️

I nearly died when this came up on my FB memories today - ten years since I underwent double jaw surgery to correct my bite after a lifetime of insecurity and embarrassment - not being able to close my mouth and being extremely gummy ☹️ oh if I could go back and hug my teenage self and tell her everything is going to work out 🫶

This was the scariest thing I done at that point in my life but it was so worth it - the confidence it gave me 🥰 I was like a new woman and I know it put me on a different life

Surgery definitely didn’t solve all my problems, but it was a stepping stone on my journey as well as lots of therapy and self healing ❤️

This was a beautiful reminder for me that the most terrifying decisions you make can lead to something incredible 🥲 very grateful for my 18 year old self and her strength xx

Life has a funny way of working out ❤️

Last August, I felt like the world was crashing down on me 😞 my business was thriving but I absolutely was NOT 😭🤣 I felt so low and empty no matter how hard I tried to push myself, I knew I had to take a complete step back from socials and coaching to find myself again ❤️

This period taught me so much about myself, I established what actually mattered to me in life - happiness, stability and peace 🫶

When you’re clear on your values, major life decisions become easier. I’ve learnt that the right decision can often feel wrong, but real self trust is found in the moments you listen to your inner wisdom no matter how scared you are 💘

I no longer chase happiness via success, I create it by spending time with my people and taking care of myself, imo - success is an added bonus to a rich life 🥰

Chapter 28 was the most significant year of my life, the tower may fall but it’s how you pick yourself up again and rebuild it is what matters ❤️ I’m grateful for the lessons, the strength and the ability to start over (even when I’m terrified 🥲)

You have one life - please don’t suffer, you deserve all the happiness in the world 🫶 but only you can create that in your career, family, relationships and everything in between

Welcoming this new season of life with an open heart ❤️ (and stronger boundaries 🤣)

We are back - now to learn how to talk in front of the camera again 😭🥲

Fantastic morning delivering my signature workshop - ‘Awaken Your Inner Power’ to some of organisational psychology students.

My core message - leadership does not equal success, it’s so much more than that. My pursuit of success led me to burnout, which ultimately gave me the opportunity to redefine what success means to me.

My definition of success is happiness, alignment and putting myself first - which ultimately makes me a better leader. ❤️

What a privilege it is to be nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year as part of the Lincoln Recruitment Early Career Awards.

A huge thank you to the executive board and my former lecturers at Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology for recommending me for this award and for all of their support and encouragement over the last couple of months.

From career guidance talks, supporting final-year students with their case studies, speaking at the 20-year psychology reunion, and contributing to the 2024-2028 strategic launch plan with Minister O’Donovan, IADT will always hold a special place in my heart. ❤️
