BABY MASSAGE is back in this October 🍁🎃

I’ve had a couple of lovely messages asking when Baby Massage will be returning to Terenure Enterprise Centre so I wanted to share a little update...

The space we’ve been using is currently undergoing some renovations so we had to take a tiny pause but we will be BACK and ready to rock & roll from Monday, 12th October!

And I am SO excited to be back in the

Over 5 weeks we gradually build a full-body massage routine for baby giving you plenty of time to practise and get comfortable with each new technique.

I’m so excited to be bringing my Baby Massage classes to Taney Parish Centre, Dundrum starting Friday's 25th September.

These classes are about so much more than learning Baby Massage. For 5 weeks you’ll have a little pocket of time each Friday morning to slow down, enjoy your baby, meet other parents and enjoy a tea / coffee / chocolate with absolutely no pressure for your baby to behave a certain way.

Feed them. Cuddle them. Change them. Walk around. Let them sleep. Let them cry. All babies (and grownups) are welcome exactly as they are!

Over the 5 weeks we’ll gradually learn gentle baby massage techniques that you can continue to use at home, while creating space for connection, conversation and community.

I’m so excited to be bringing my 6-week Baby Massage course to Segotia, Rathmines on Tuesday's starting September 15th.

Baby Massage is about so much more than learning massage strokes. These classes are designed to give you a calm, welcoming space to slow down, connect with your baby and meet other parents at the same stage of life.

Over our 6 weeks together, we’ll gradually learn a full body baby massage routine, with plenty of time for chats, feeding, cuddles, questions and tea / coffee / chocolate! This is a safe space. There is absolutely no pressure if your baby cries, sleeps or needs to feed. BABY IS THR BOSS and baby always leads the class.

They came for Baby Massage...but they left with so much more....

This gorgeous group celebrated their final class this week, and afterwards they all headed across the road to Voici Crêperie & W**e Bar for brunch together. Watching friendships grow over the past five weeks has been just as special as watching their babies grow.

The early days of parenthood can feel lonely at times. My hope is that every family who walks through the door leaves feeling a little more supported, a little more confident, and connected to people who truly understand this season of life.

Yes, we'll learn a beautiful full-body baby massage routine. We'll chat about wind, colic, sleep and relaxation. But we'll also laugh, share stories, celebrate the little wins, and remind each other that none of us has to do this alone.
