Lambkins Montessori School is a unique school located in Sandyford Community Centre, Sandyford, Lambs cross, Dublin 18. All of our teachers are highly qualified and experienced, also all teachers hold current first aid certificates and are Garda vetted. we are a HSE approved school and are part of the ECCE/free preschool year scheme. Lambkins Montessori has two sessional classes; 9am-12.30pm and 1

pm-4pm & welcomes children aged between two and a half and five years old. Our classroom is a beautiful, bright purpose built room and we have carefully planned every aspect and area in the room to help each child develop at their own pace. Today is world Bee Day. We have been learning all about the importance of bees in a playful, fun way.

Teaching children about the Importance of bees is a wonderful way to foster a love for nature. We have offered this through hands-on activities, engaging stories, and observing live bees in the school garden. We have read books on how bees make honey and help plants grow and we tasted honey too. Through experience’s like this children learn about the interconnectedness of the world & gain a deep appreciation for the environment. ❤️🌍

The children had a lovely surprise when they returned after the Easter holidays, new garden kitchen’s & sandpits… lots of fun & creative play is being enjoyed now that the weather has improved 😀🧡

We also said goodbye to our beautiful little baby frogs las week as we returned them to the wild 💚🐸
