All good things must come to an end, sadly it's the end to another brilliant Lau Gar Summer Training course held in Llandudno North Wales. Sweating buckets every day, body sore battered and bruised but that's why we come back every year. Congratulations to everyone who completed the full week and especially to my crew who travelled from Ireland.
