Bright Beginnings Montessori, Cork Bright Beginnings Montessori & High Scope Bright Beginnings Montessori was established in 1993. We run a Montessori and High Scope programme.

We cater for up to twenty children each day. Our five friendly staff have been with us for a number of years, and we are like an extended family. Bright Beginnings is like a home away from home environment, where children feel secure enough to learn and grow and reach their full potential. Our programme includes daily exciting activities such as drama, arts and crafts, sports and languages. At our

school we provide children with two fully equipped rooms. A Montessori room , full of specific materials, and a log cabin where our High Scope programme takes place, we also have an outdoor play area.

Another great week filled with fun and learning! 🐠 We had a fantastic training session with our Nemo trainer Derek, learned all about car safety from the local Garda 🚓, had a visit from Donal in the Army 🇮🇪, and got a health check from the wonderful Nurse Maeve 🩺. To top it all off, we released our beautiful butterflies and watched them fly away 🦋✨—a magical moment for everyone! Huge thanks to all who made it such a special week! 💙

🚨Part-time position available🚨

Bright beginnings is delighted to expand their team in Douglas. We are looking for an experienced & qualified Early Years Educator to join our preschool team.

A love of teaching & outdoors is essential. This role will be a Part-Time position from now until the end of the school year with the possibility of an extension for the school year September 2025.

We run to the primary school calendar so school holidays are off.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in working with children to join our already amazing strong team. A beautiful outdoor and indoor setting with many opportunities available in the future.
