Hi everyone , I have been quiet this last while on this page but I'm happy to say that I have finished my book "Bringing Mindfulness to the Classroom" and recorded the CD that goes with it. I will be working again with the Donegal Education Centre for those who are interested in exploring that programme , look out for that in your school post.
