Hi everybody. We are back to karate classes in Bundoran Community Hall on tuesdays from 5.30 to 6.30 pm and thursdays from 6.00 to 7.00 pm and in Inver Community Hall on wednesdays from 6.00 to 7.30 pm.

in Killybegs at Foresters Hall from 5.30pm to 7.00pm ( from 7 of September )

Karate classes are back in Rockfield next Saturday at 12 o'clock

Hi all at last Karate classes are starting again. Bundoran from 4.45 to 5.45 pm in the Rougey suite. Killybegs on Wednesday from 5.30 to 7.00pm and Inver from 7.30 to 9.00pm

Hi everyone because of the current restrictions on numbers allowed in classes such as ours. We won't be resuming classes until such time as it is safe to do so. We are sorry for any inconvenience please stay safe and well.

In light of the recent announcement by the Government we are cancelling all classes until March 29. Any enquires can be directed through messenger, email or phone message. Please stay safe and well from Chris and Mick

Hi all karate is back tomorrow evening in Killybegs at 5.30. Inver is at 7.30

Santa Claus Chanbara Tournament

On Wednesday 18th of December 2019 at 6 o'clock in Leghowney Community Hall. Everybody is welcome.

There is no training in Leghowney this evening. There is a play in instead. We will he back next Friday as normal from 6.00 to 8.00pm.

The renovation of the roof in Killybegs was not finished yeat, so karate trainings willbe in Inver at 6 o'clock to the end of October.
