Tuesday evening 7pm Cockhill Celtic
Mixed flow class, everyone welcome.
Wednesday wellness continues in Illies Community Centre with a morning yoga class at 10am, suitable for complete beginner's, ๐ชYoga at 11:30am then kids yoga at 5pm.
Please get in touch with any queries. Focusing alot on yoga nidra this season & guided meditations. ๐๐๐
Own mat is advised but I have a few spare if you forget to bring one ๐
