Jump Start Fitness & Performing Arts Academy Kids Fitness & Performing Arts Academy I love performing with the Pantomime and Letterkenny Music and Drama Society.

My name is Tina Drein Higgins and ever since I was a child I have been involved in dance and drama partaking in various theatre productions in An Grianan Theatre. I choreograph and assist with the kids and adults with the Pantomime society. For over 10 years I have been choreographing and teaching dance to kids and teenagers across the Northwest and Northern Ireland. I worked as a youth worker with Donegal Youth Service and I partook in crossborder dance projects and taught dance and drama on a regular basis. I taught drama under Helen O Grady Drama Academy across the north west. I teach Zumba in Motiv8 Fitness Letterkenny and Zumbatomic kids classes in schools. I absolutely love working with kids as I find it so rewarding. There is alot of emphasis at the moment on adult fitness and nutrition so I am going to concentrate on kids fitness and also some performing arts. As part of my program I will be teaching dance, fit kids bootcamps , arts & crafts camps, walking clubs and healthy eating programs and alot more. All details of my summer camp from ages 4 - 12 years will be posted on my page & we have a great program this summer.

Hi guys sorry I have not been online. But as you know I have no place to hold classes and with other work commitments I didn't have time to find a venue.. I don't think I will be doing summer camps this year but I will keep you posted. Thanks. T xx

A big massive well done to all the kids you were all amazing even the big kids, Hugh, Niall, Ciara, Erika, Kayleigh and Leon.
It was the first of many shows and you got a fab audience. I was super proud of you all.
A Hugh thank you to the one and only Trudy O Donnell for all her hard work and music. X
Thanks to kids in the hood for their dance performance. Fab as always.
So I hope Santa brings you all what you asked for.

Hi guys. There will be script rehearsal only tomorrow from 4pm - 5pm then on Thursday I need everyone involved in the show for a dress rehearsal from 4-6pm. All rehearsals are in gym. I will text parents tonight. T x
