📢 **2027 Summer Course Registration – Important Information for Parents and Guardians**
To make registration as smooth as possible, please watch our step-by-step video and prepare the required information in advance.
**Three important registration tips:**
1️⃣ **Do not attempt to book before the designated release time.**
Registration will only open at the officially stated time.
2️⃣ **After clicking “Finalise Registration,” please wait.**
At this stage, the website is communicating securely with the banking system and waiting for confirmation.
**The system is working—even if there appears to be a delay. Do not refresh the page, close the window or navigate away, as this may cause you to lose your place in the queue.**
3️⃣ **Please book using one device only.**
Using multiple phones, tablets, computers or browser windows will not improve your chances and may create registration issues. System activity will be monitored to help maintain a fair and orderly registration process.
✅ **Information to have ready:**
* Student’s personal details
* Details of any medical conditions or relevant medical information
* Medical insurance or EHIC number
* Contact details for two parents or guardians, including phone numbers and email addresses
* The name of a **House Companion**, if the student is travelling with a friend—please specify **one friend only**
🔐 **Keep your login details safe**
Your main email address and password are especially important, as you will need them later to log in and pay the remaining course balance.
🆕 **Everyone must create a new account for 2027.**
Previous login details will not work because we have introduced a new website and registration database.
Preparing these details in advance and following the steps in the video will help make registration day quicker and easier for everyone. We look forward to welcoming our 2027 students!
