Slip - Slip on clothes that cover the skin
Slop - Slop on sunscreen
Slap - Slap on a wide brimmed hat
Seek - Seek shade
Slide - Slide on sunglasses with UV protection.

🎊 Senior Room pupils attended a prize giving ceremony in Lifford today. They all received certificates for the artwork they created of Red Hugh O Donnell. Huge congratulations to three of our third class pupils who received prizes. 👏

🦋 🦋 🦋 Junior Room students have been learning about the life cycle of the butterfly. Ms. McEleney sourced some butterfly eggs and the children had a wonderful experience watching the caterpillars grow, the cocoons form and the beautiful butterflies emerge over the past few days. Today, they released them into the wild. 🦋🦋🦋

Senior Room students did a spot of gardening this afternoon! 🌼 🌸 🌻

A great finish to a wonderful week - pupils enjoyed our final day of Active Schools Week today.

We had another busy day for Day 4 of Active Schools Week! Today, pupils enjoyed basketball, musical statues, uni-hoc, crazy golf and many other activities. A very competitive game of tag rugby was enjoyed this afternoon, thanks to Mr. Hegarty! 🏉 🏀 ⛳️ 🏌️‍♀️

We weren't as lucky with the weather for Day 3 of Active Schools Week but that didn't stop our wonderful boys and girls! Seniors went swimming this morning and all pupils enjoyed gymnastics, dance and other activities with RINKA Kids Fitness with Eibhlin this afternoon!

Day Two of Active Sports week was great fun! Group two created their crazy golf course this morning and all groups got to play it during the day. Pupils enjoyed table tennis, parachute games and giant Jenga and Connect 4. They completed the next lesson in their P.A.W.S. Water Safety Programme and practised their pitch and putt skills. They danced to GoNoodle songs in the classroom when the showers got too heavy. ⛳️🏓🕺

🌞 🏃‍♂️ ⛳️ We were blessed with the weather today for our first day of Active Schools Week! The children enjoyed crazy golf, tug of war, skipping, javelin throwing and many other activities. They also had their first lesson in water safety from the P.A.W.S. programme. We all set for Day 2 tomorrow! 🏊‍♀️ ⛳️🎾
