The construction of our new sheltered area at the entrance to our forest playground is starting to take shape in preparation for our new nature focused education starting this September.
At Kid Kare we believe there is huge benefits of nature focused education for children and we are very excited to be able to incorporate this opportunity into our curriculum starting this September 😁 🌳 🐛 🐜 🐞 🪾🏕️🌈🐾❄️🦋🌻🌍🐝

Just a reminder Kid Kare Ltd and Child Led Ltd are closed on Monday 1st for the bank holiday and Tuesday the 2nd to facilitate mandatory training for our staff team. See you all next Wednesday.

A massive thank you to all our wonderful staff team and parents who donated prizes for our raffle, baked and bought goodies for our cake sale and joined in for our fundraiser garden party for ‘As I Am’ Autism Ireland.
Together we have raised €1679.50, A wonderful amount. 🎉💙💚💙💚🎉

The children, parents & staff took part in some games in the garden and despite the little rain, had lots of laughs. 😂

Our fundraiser every year would not be possible without your generosity and support, and for this we are truly grateful 💙💚

I hope you were able to enjoy Onóir who played on the diamond yesterday in support of the campaign to pressurise the HSE to provide the vital drug Givinostat, for 9yr old Aaron Langan from Laghey who like many others, suffers from a muscular degenerative disease called Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Bizarrely, the drug has been approved for use in the EU by the European Medicines Agency last June, but not available to Aaron.

ANNUAL FUNDRAISER

Not long to go to our annual fundraiser on Friday afternoon @3.30-5.30PM.
Two hours of fun games and treats for our families. ⚽️🤼‍♀️🤽🏼‍♂️🎗️🎖️
All donations welcome for our raffle, thank you to our families who have dropped in to the office some vouchers and hampers, very much appreciated.
Raffle tickets 🎟️ will be available for purchase on the day .
Don’t forget about our cake sale on Friday afternoon also, all baked ( or bought) goodies appreciated, please drop to your child’s room or the office on Thursday or Friday morning. 🎂 🧁 🥮🍡🍪🍩🍰🥧

Thank you to our parents who have dropped in vouchers for our raffle prizes. It is so much appreciated, all donations ( vouchers, gifts, hampers etc) welcome for this amazing charity.

It will be a fun filled afternoon from 3.30pm with lots of sports challenges for our parents and children.
We will have a cake sale stand also so we kindly ask our parents to do a little baking and bring in some tasty treats to the setting next Thursday or Friday morning. Thank you kindly in advance.
