Yesterday was a very special day in our school as we celebrated a truly amazing little girl and raised funds for a charity that mean so much to her whole family.
Our school community came together to have fun and support the children as they completed a sponsored cycle to raise funds for Angels Wishes, a charity that supports children in Northern Ireland who have cancer related illness and their families. We were delighted to raise £1831.00 for this wonderful charity.

We had a wonderful day with Lisnagelvin Nursery School as we came together to celebrate our PEACEPLUS ASPIRE Shared
Education partnership. Thank you to everyone involved in this event.

Galliagh Nursery School and Lisnagelvin Nursery School held a special end-of-year celebration event in Ebrington Square, Derry to mark the Shared Education partnership they have formed through PEACEPLUS ASPIRE.

CELEBRATING LINDA'S RETIREMENT

Last week, we said a heartfelt thank you to Linda, who has been an incredibly special part of our school community for over 20 years.

During her time with us, "Miss Linda" has:

- Provided delicious, comforting dinners for generations of our children
- Offered nurturing care to pupils every single day
- Created a warm, welcoming environment where every child felt valued
Linda’s genuine love for the children has left an impact that will be remembered for many years to come and her legacy of care lives on with each child she helped nurture.
