Early start to go home from Armenia after flying visit to train excellent group of British Council trainers on creating safe classrooms. Much needed in times of such uncertainty for them. Despite long days travelling loved the place and the commitment of the group. Look forward to seeing how it progresses. And finally gave in and bought the Armenian brandy 😂

This is something we explore in our trainings - the difference between shame and guilt . Safe boundaries and consequences are needed in schools but don’t need to be further shaming. The difference between ‘I’m bad’ so there’s no Hope and ‘I did a wrong go thing and there may be consequences and I can be different ‘
