I currently work in admin in a school setting with a background in administration/ finance, with various other qualifications throughout the years. I started with interior design and I have most recently qualified in Early Learning & Care. My passion is crafting - sewing, crochet, knitting, among a wide variety of other crafts. My purpose is to teach children & teenagers how to create a physical i

tem using their hands and their imaginations - taking them away from the constant need to be in front of a screen, whilst activating their creative side. Crafting is calming for the mind, and increases happiness by releasing endorphins & dopamine, which can be longer lasting than those released through sport. Regularly seeing the finished product, or receiving praise about it, can re-release the feelings felt during its creation.
