Facebook doesn't show content to anyone anymore as they want small business to pay for ads but many small businesses don't have big budgets to be paying for ads.

Planning a party/event can be stressful.
There is so much to consider.
The venue, the entertainment, the food, will guests show up, what will i wear? So many questions...
For me, the first consideration would be the budget. How much are you going to spend on the function?
Once your budget is set, stick to it, be firm about this as if you don't, the cost of the event could spiral well out of your control.
This doesn't only include money spent on the occasion but also time spent on the event.
If you don't have a lot of time to give to organising the event, then you may have to spend to hire someone to be the organiser of the food, party favours, beverages, entertainment, decorations, invites and so on.
If you have time to spend planning your event, then the budget may be less as you can do a lot of the jobs yourself if your a dab hand at DIY.
Once you have booked the services you would like for the party, sit back and enjoy the night.
