Student lead society aiming to involve students in educational and practical environments that provides experiences and insight into the mineral industry.

The University College Cork Student Chapter is a newly founded chapter within the Society of Economic Geologists. It is a student lead society with a goal to deliver educational and practical experiences that will provide students with an insight into the mineral industry and the economic potential of Ireland. We hope these experiences will broaden and grow our member’s interest in economic geology so they have more to bring to the table when the time comes to enter the real world.
