My last spin of a 15 week prep on Irish soil this evening. ⏳

To date, and with your enormous generosity, kindness and support, I have raised €4582 with every cent going directly to the departments of CUH/CUMH that are most in need. (This was my request to the hospital regarding distribution of funds raised.)

5k Fun Run/Walk Fundraiser in aid of CUH/CUMH.

Everyone welcome! Suitable for all the family.

Meeting point: Perkedupcoffee/The Sauna Snugg
On-site registration from 12:30pm (strictly available for 30 minutes only) (Please register online, in advance if possible, link provided below)
Route: Regional Park Ballincollig
Event time: 1:15pm

Social coffee and cake, and winners prizes etc. @ Perked Up on completion.

We’re gearing up for our second 5k Ballincollig Family Fun Run all in aid of Cork University Hospital/CUMH.

Please consider joining us on February 15th. Our event is suitable for all the family; for all the community. Run or walk the course. Being the prams! Bring the dogs! Being the bikes and scooters!

We are looking for volunteers to help us with a number of roles on the day. Tea, coffee and refreshments included.

BALLINCOLLIG 5K FUN RUN FUNDRAISER is back! Following on from our hugely successful event back in September we are inviting all our community and all our neighbouring parishes, friends and families to join together at 1:15pm on Sunday 15/02/2026.

Meeting at the GAA entrance to the park, we will follow a very suitable, safe and scenic route through the beautiful Ballincollig Regional Park, meeting afterwards back at Perked_Up Coffee on the grounds of Ballincollig GAA to celebrate the event with tea, coffee and refreshments.

All proceeds are going directly to Cork University Hospital/CUMH.
