Sorry haven't bothered with this site for ages - I just forget!! Anyhow for anyone interested I'm doing on line classes with Zoom - a class each day but different times daily - each class needs a new link which I send to your e -mail - its good fun - especially with the slight time delay and the dog barking and trying to s**g my leg - anyone welcome - just send me your e- mail and I'll add you on - but remember its not naked zumba-yet! so Bryan - you are welcome in appropriate attire but otherwise please stay out of sight!

Last Fitsteps and Zumba at Ashton school next Wednesday 20th November then back to Nicky's Dance Studio for 4 weeks leading up to Christmas (zumba only) 6-7pm Wednesday 27,4th Dec,11th and 18th - after my class Emily is running a Cardiac Dance class @7.15pm so if you do both - you will definitely be "very seductive" this Christmas, but even on one class ( ideally mine!) you will be dazzling!!!

So sorry but no Tuesday Zumba this term as just a bit snowed under with work and other evening stuff - but on a bright and somewhat arousing note - Zumba and Fitsteps classes will be going ahead on Wednesdays!! (as part of their evening class programme) - AND just for my favourites (anyone who will stay!!) a bonus 10 minute abdominal workout at the end - because your worth it !!- to book just give Ashton school a ring - 021 4966044 and go through to evening class enquiries - Be really good to see you there!

Zumba back tonight 7pm@ Nickys loads of new dances (some of which I might remember!) and a special cha cha cha to learn after I spent a "session" dancing with AJ's brother Curtis (off strictly!) no not AJ's girlfriend's, second cousin's uncle - but his actual brother!!
