☕️TY ACTIVITY WEEK WITH MOUNT MERCY COLLEGE ☕️

So far this week we’ve welcomed over 70 TY students from Mount Mercy College. As part of their activity week, they came to Cork Barista School to learn the art of coffee making and the journey it takes from bean to cup!🤩

They learnt how to extract the Perfect Espresso, to steam milk like a pro and they even created some impressive latte art to top it all off!! 👏 Swipe to see the winner of our Latte Art Competition 👀🏆

Exciting transformations at Cork Barista School👏
We've moved downstairs to create a more open and spacious experience. After long days of renovations - ripping up lino, digging concrete and endless painting, we were thrilled to welcome our first group of TY students to experience our new facility. The school is complete with custom coffee trikes from Amsterdam, giving the space a cool and unique setting☕️

Proud of what we've accomplished and can't wait to share it with more barista enthusiasts! 🙌

The final day for Group 3 of Ursuline College TY students... 15 days of classes in total... until next year!!

The fabulous crew at Moriarty's, Gap of Dunloe honing their skills for the new season.... what a setting... what a real pleasure to help out...

Congrats to the first class this school year from Ursuline College, Blackrock on completing our Transition Year Barista Skills programme of 5 classes over 5 weeks. Some of them nearly there with Latte Art too 😉. Looking forward to meeting the second class next week... Will they outshine the first class?
