What a lovely surprise we got today!! Garda Vincent and Garda Eileen paid a visit with the Liam McCarthy Cup!!๐Ÿ† It's been a long time since Liam visited our school...2005 to be exact!! Nora, who hails from the Premier County, was as proud as punch!! Hopefully the Rebels will sort all that in the weeks ahead and we will be delighted to welcome Liam here again in the Autumn! ๐Ÿฅณโค๏ธ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž

Second and Third Class have been very busy learning all about lighthouses. They have explored the history and role of lighthouses all around the world. They have designed and made their own lighthouses. What wonderful masterpieces they have created!! Well done everyone!

Well done to our boys hurling team who contested a very exciting final against Glenahulla NS this morning in Kildorrery! This match came right down to the wire with Glenahulla emerging victorious by a solitary point. We commend our players for never giving up and showing great teamwork. Heartiest congratulations to Glenahulla NS. I'm sure we will meet again ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Junior Infants, Senior Infants and First class enjoyed a great day out in Fota today! We set off from Mallow Train Station to Cork this morning and then got another train to Fota. We got to see all the animals we have been learning about the last few weeks. These boys and girls were so well behaved and had lots of fun in the sun! ๐ŸŒž๐Ÿฆ’๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿฆ˜๐Ÿฆ“๐Ÿ˜›Well done everyone ๐Ÿคฉ
