St Aloysius' College is a Catholic post primary school offering quality education in a Christian environment to families who wish their daughters to be educated in the atmosphere of faith. Each pupil is encouraged to respect the dignity of the other person. Collaboratio

n and co-operation is encouraged between pupils, teachers and parents which creates a partnership where personal growth and education can take place. Pupils are encouraged to recognise, develop and use their gifts and creativity in the service of others. The aim of our school is twofold:
Firstly, to promote Christian values and to develop the uniqueness of the individual pupil in an atmosphere which is both academically challenging yet sensitive to the pupil's particular needs. Healthy competition is encouraged throughout the school whilst being sensitive to the needs of the less academic. We also aim to assist pupils to appreciate other world religions and to allow them to engage in a quest for meaning and for a purpose in life.

Today was a fantastic day at St. Aloysius’ College as we proudly welcomed our newest St. Al’s students, the Class of 2032! 🎉

It was wonderful to meet our new students and their families, and we loved having the opportunity to catch up with everyone at the end of the day. 😊 Thank you to our amazing Treorai, class tutors and parents association for helping on the day.

We also welcomed our 6th Year students as they begin their Leaving Certificate year, an exciting and important year ahead! 📚✨

A huge welcome to you all! We’re looking forward to seeing everyone bright and early again tomorrow morning. 👋

Leaving Certificate 2026

Huge congratulations to our class of 2026 on what are a stellar set of results at all levels. We are bursting with pride in each of you and fondly reminiscing over your 5/6 years with us at the college. We will miss you all very much next year.

A joy to see so many of you this morning and to share in your success and smiles. Academic success is only one facet of your respective diamonds but your achievements are glistening today. Well done one and all.

You will always be a St. Aloysius’ College student and we hope to see you soon at school events and our past pupils network event next March.

open for free uniform collection.
Thanks to the generosity of our school community, a selection of good-quality, pre-loved current school uniform items will be available free of charge to St. Aloysius’ College families.

Collection Dates

Monday 24th August | 11:00am–1:00pm
Tuesday 25th August | 11:00am–1:00pm

Room 52, Hockey Pitch

Uniform items will be available on a first come, first served basis, with no charge to families.

Donations Still Welcome

We’re still accepting donations of:

Items in good, wearable condition
Freshly laundered items
No shirts, please
