I’ve been building.

Behind the scenes, I’ve been developing the next phase of this work, and taking it beyond Ireland.

Feeling very humbled and grateful to be nominated as a finalist for Director of the Year.

It’s hard to put into words what this recognition means.

It represents years of showing up, through the good seasons, the wobbles, the doubts, the learning curves, and the moments where I questioned myself.

None of this happens on its own.

It happens because of an incredible team who believe in what we’re building, who live our culture every day, and who care deeply about doing things properly, with pride, integrity and heart.

That’s where real recognition lives.

And now, through VF Consultancy, I get to share everything I’ve learned, the wins and the lessons, with others in this industry, which is something I’m deeply proud of.

Elevate 4 is taking place this Monday at Accademia, Dublin, and I’m so proud to say that every participant from Elevate 1, 2 & 3 is returning once again.

This is leadership in action.
Commitment to growth.
And a deep understanding that culture doesn’t sustain itself, systems do.

Elevate 4 is where we step into the structure behind strong leadership:
creating systems that lead, support decision-making, and align fully with the culture we’ve built together.
