This one is for the adults! Come along to an empowering, connecting and informative evening where we will dig in to everything connected to big feelings and emotional regulation. It's the cornerstone for how I show up as a parent. Ticket prices range from 0-10 euro and will be held this Wednesday, 10 June, in the My Goodness Restaurant in the Quay Coop. Come along and share with anyone who might benefit from this evening.

My Goodness has moved in to the Quay Coop Restaurant and they are trialling creating a membership that allows use of the space when the restaurant is closed. The intention is to generate extra funds in order to keep the prices fair for people (due to staggering costs to have a city centre space) and to create community.

I have joined the membership and on Wednesday, 10 June, 7-9pm, I will be hosting an evening for parents around Emotional Regulation and Big Feelings. I'm a certified parent coach and educator as well and I am passionate about this work.

The event is open to all parents/carers (you do not need to be a member of the Late Night Coop). I have limited the event to 15 people, so do sign up if you are interested in attending. It will be an informative and empowering evening and a space to be seen and heard. Ticket prices range from 0-10euro.
