For those of you who may be interested the Cork Historical and Archaeological Society is hosting a talk by Joe Varley on Cork's victualling trade during the American War of Independence his Wednesday at 8pm in the Crawford

NEW Postgrad Association members needed: We are looking for volunteers to take over running the group next year. It involves organizing events, information sessions for annual reviews, and liaising with staff about ways to help the postgraduates within the department. If you want the history department get-togethers to continue, then we need you!
