Who should attend?
Anyone who wants a successful career in barbering with a view to working in a barbershop, working in a hairdressing salon as a mens stylist, or owning their own business; be it either a fixed or a mobile salon.
Requirements
• No prior experience required. Courses are taught in english, therefore students must have sufficient english language skills to communicate with staff, students and customers, and to complete the theory elements of the course.
• Access to a computer, broadband etc.
• Learners should wear black trousers, a black shirt/t-shirt and black shoes.

Exams: Internal Diploma theory and technical and practical skills
External Exams : Students can apply for the AIBH and BC exams. Independently assessed with invigilator to validate the process.
Learning Outcomes
Learners will acquire practical and technical skills to perform haircuts / styles from long haircuts to fades, beard styling, scissor cuts, clipper cuts, texturising, clipper over comb, scissor over comb, blow-drying techniques, hair washing techniques and scalp treatment.
Qualifications Granted
Upon successful completion, learners will receive a JFM International Barber Academy Certificate in Barbering and Salon Business.
