Riveting PBS programme on Israel's attempts to derail any peace with Palestine, in conjunction with Trump and and an assortiment of far-right US interests for whom Palestinian rights mattered not a whit. Goes a long way to explain why the Palestinian position is now so much weaker. Inevitably, that will mean no peace is possible. The murderous attitudes and policies of Netanyahu are key - as long as this man is in power no peace is possible
Netanyahu, America & the Road to War in Gaza | PBS America | UK
Netanyahu, America & the Road to War in Gaza offers a sweeping examination of the critical moments leading up to this crisis over the course of the past three decades, and the pivotal role of a central player: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Please be aware there are distressing scenes.

W E L C O M E.
Geography is one of the most dynamic disciplines to study at UCC. We extend a warm welcome to all our returning students, but especially our incoming First Years for 2022.
Our world is increasingly connected across the span of the globe. Our physical environment faces growing challenges and stresses, not least from Climate Change. To address these problems, Geography offers you the chance to cultivate new skills to analyse environmental issues, communicate their impacts and offer sensitive solutions to manage the complex transitions ahead of us. These concerns - which are seen also in the UN Sustainable Development Goals - are central to our Geography programme.
During your time with the Department, you will experience learning in workshops, projects, international field classes and laboratories and have multiple opportunities to conduct your own research as part of your degree.
We look forward to meeting you and starting your journey in Geography together.
