Calling all past pupils and even current students!
Are you doing a wardrobe clear out? Did you find your old uniform? Or one you have grown out of? Please donate it to the school and we will find a new home for it! Thanks.

We are all delighted to offer our wholehearted support to our amazing school Secretary Carol Ronayne and our caretaker John Sheehan on their efforts to achieve long overdue pension rights and parity with all other public service workers. We urge everyone to get behind this campaign please.

Another brilliant sporting success for Morning Star! Congratulations to our school hurling team on reaching the Sciath Na Scol Hurling Final after victory over Togher BNS yesterday. This is the school's second trip to Páirc Uí Chaoimh this year after our boys also reached the football final in November. We are so proud of the boys and we wish them good luck in the Final.
Update
As part of the Government's Photovoltaic Programme, Solar Panels will be installed in the school next week. We hope that this will translate to real savings for us over the next few years, as energy bills have been incredibly difficult to afford, especially over the past few winters.

Morning Star was honoured to recently receive another amazing donation. Tony and Teresa O' Donovan (seen here with Ms Grace Curran, Deputy Principal), who have been so generous to our school and to the welfare of Autistic children over many years, Christopher O' Donovan, John O' Donovan and the staff at Musgraves have provided a state of the art Galaxy Tab A9+ and protection case for the school. The donation is a gift that is very special to the school as it is Tony's wish that the tablet would be given to the school in memory of our late former teacher here, Mary Coffey and her husband Eugene. Eugene was a work colleague of Tony's in Musgraves. Sadly, Eugene passed away recently. May they both Rest in Peace. This touching and invaluable tribute will not be forgotten. Thank you Tony, Teresa, Christopher, John and all the staff at Musgraves.
