Last weekend, our students headed off on a trip to one of Ireland’s most iconic landmarks - and they couldn’t have asked for better weather! ⛅️

With breathtaking views, dramatic cliffs and plenty of sunshine, it was the perfect day to explore the Irish coast, take in the scenery and make some unforgettable memories together.

Safe to say, the Cliffs of Moher didn’t disappoint!

Following the fantastic interest in our Evening English Classes, we’re delighted to announce that our new edition is launching this September - and registration is now open 🎉

Whether you want to improve your everyday English or prepare for an English language exam, we have two course options to choose from:

💬 General English - build your confidence and improve your overall English skills
📝 Exam Skills - develop practical strategies for IELTS, Cambridge, TOEIC and more

📅 Starting: 22 September 2026
🗓️ 10 weeks | Tuesdays & Thursdays
⏰ 18:30–20:00

📍 CEC Must Visit: Gougane Barra 🌲🏞️

If you're looking to experience the beauty of Ireland, Gougane Barra should be at the top of your list!

Nestled in the heart of West Cork, Gougane Barra is a peaceful valley surrounded by mountains, forests and a stunning lake. It's home to the famous St. Finbarr's Oratory, a picturesque chapel sitting on its own tiny island, making it one of the most photographed spots in Ireland.

It's around 1 hour and 20 minutes from CEC by car, making it an ideal day trip with friends or as part of one of our CEC excursions!
