🤨 Identify the Concept: Choose the concept or subject matter you are trying to understand and start by writing the name of it at the top of a blank sheet of paper.

👶 Teach it to a Kid: Write down an explanation of the concept as if you are teaching it to someone who has no prior knowledge of the subject. Use plain and simple language.

🫡 Identify Gaps and Go Back to Study: When you struggle to explain something in simple terms, identify this as a gap in your understanding. Go back to your study material to better understand it.

💪 Review and Simplify: Once you have covered all aspects of the concept, review your notes and see if you can simplify them further.

⬇️ POMODORO MADE EASY ⬇️

🤨 Choose a Task: Start by selecting a task or set of tasks you wish to accomplish.

⏳ Set a Timer for 25 Minutes: Work on your task uninterrupted for 25 minutes. This period is known as one "Pomodoro."

😴 Take a Short Break: Once the timer goes off, take a short break (5 minutes). This helps to clear your mind and prepare for the next session.

💪 Repeat and Take Longer Breaks: After four Pomodoros, take a longer break (15-30 minutes). This helps to avoid burnout and keeps your mind fresh for learning.
