🤍Impromptu Debating semi-final🤍

Well done to our members, Thomas Maher, Ella Murphy and Katie Halpin who competed in the semi-final round of impromptu debating last night against Callan Macra in Holycross, Tipperary. Congratulations to Callan Macra, they will be progressing to the the final. Thank you to everyone involved, a great night was had by all!

We had an amazing weekend in Di**le, definitely a highlight and an amazing way to finish of the year! It was wonderful to see so many faces new and old making the trip and having the craic. This wont be UCC Macra's last trip, so dont worry if you couldn't make it this time!

Last week, our Chairperson Ellie gave a speech at the Student Volunteer Conference that was held here in UCC. She spoke about getting involved in Macra, and how this has opened many opportunities to get involved in volunteering and Student life. She is also completing her Gold Gaisce award, and her hard work within the Macra community will go towards this achievement!
