ACC is looking for a BRASS MUSICIANS/BRASS BAND MEMBERS aged 25-80 for a new ad campaign!

Must be based in Ireland and must be over 25.

Will receive a nice fee if cast. No acting experience necessary.

Domie was a dedicated member of the band for many years. He held office of Chairperson ,Secretary and Treasurer and was a great mentor to many over the years.

It’s with deep sadness we would like to extend our sympathy to the Birmingham family on the sudden passing of former Lord Mayor Cllr Brian Birmingham.
Brian was a great friend to the band down through the years.
I have attached a video of the unveiling of the plaques to both the Buttera and Barracka back in 2009.
It was almost joyous historical day for us.
To Brian’s family we expend our deepest sympathy.

Exciting News
After been absent from the South of Ireland Band Championship for 32 years, we are very excited to inform you that this year we will be returning and taking part in the intermediate section of the competition. The competition will be held in a Clonakilty on Saturday 6th July 2024.
The band have been rehearsing for the last few months and are looking forward to the day.
Well done to all involved and the very best of luck
This group are truly dedicated bandsmen and women
The band are scheduled to preform at 9.30am in the Community College and will give a recital in the square at 11am
For all you band enthusiasts a great day is guaranteed.
