Some people have asked me why I created this workshop.
And honestly, it came from the same place a lot of healing beginsโฆ
a place of feeling disconnected from myself.
There were periods in my life where I looked okay on the outside, but internally I felt overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, unclear, and disconnected from who I really was beneath all the noise.
I realised that so many of us are carrying things we were never taught how to process.
Stress.
Pressure.
Emotional pain.
Old stories.
Patterns that no longer reflect who we truly are.
And over time, all of that can create distance between us and our real selves.
This workshop was created as a space to slow down and reconnect again.
Not through forcing or pretendingโฆ
but through honesty, presence, healing, movement, breath, reflection, and real inner work.
A space to release emotional weight.
To gain clarity.
To reconnect with your intuition.
And to remember the part of yourself that existed before all the conditioning, stress, and survival patterns took over.
This isnโt about becoming somebody else.
Itโs about returning to yourself.
There were moments in my own journey where I wanted to give up.
Moments of self-doubt, fear, emotional exhaustion, and uncertainty.
But something deeper kept pulling me back toward healing, truth, and authenticity.
Thatโs the energy behind this day.
Not perfection.
Not performance.
Just real people doing real inner work in a safe and grounded space.
If something in you has been craving a resetโฆ
If you feel emotionally stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or ready for changeโฆ
this day may meet you exactly where you are.

I just want to say a big thank you to everyone over the past couple of weeks for your support around my book, The Eleven New Commandments.
The response has genuinely meant a lot. Whether you liked a post, left a comment, shared it, or bought a copy...thank you.
Putting something like this out into the world for the first time is a strange mix of excitement, anxiety and vulnerability. It really does feel like sharing a little piece of yourself.
I appreciate it more than you probably realise. โค๏ธ๐

Thereโs a way this shows up that most people donโt really notice.
Itโs not dramatic.
Itโs not your life falling apart or anything obvious like that.
Most of the time, itโs very quiet.
It looks like one more scroll before bed.
One more distraction.
One more way of not really having to feel whatโs going on underneath it all.
For a long time, I wouldnโt have thought anything of it.
It just felt normal. Sure doesnโt everyone do it.
But every now and then, something would slip through.
A thought.
A feeling.
Something that didnโt quite fit with the rest of it.
A sentence like:
โI donโt want this.โ
And just as quickly, itโd be gone again.
Replaced by something more familiar.
โItโs grand.โ
โItโs not a big deal.โ
โIโll sort it later.โ
And you carry on.
Nothing major changes.
But something small has shifted.
Not enough to force anything.
Just enough that you can feel it.
Looking back now, those moments were always there.
Easy to brush off. Easy to ignore.
But they kept coming back.
They werenโt problems to fix.
They were signals.
A lot of what I wrote came from starting to notice those moments a bit more clearly.
Not trying to change them straight away.
Just seeing them for what they are.
Because thatโs usually where things begin to shift.

Thereโs a point you can reach where nothing is dramatically wrongโฆ but nothing really feels right either.
For a long time, I lived in that space.
From the outside, things were okay. Life was moving. I was working, building, doing what I thought I was meant to be doing. But underneath it, there was a constant sense that something wasnโt sitting right in me.
My body knew it long before I was willing to admit it.
There were small signals at first. A lack of energy. A resistance to things I used to push through. A quiet heaviness that didnโt have a clear explanation.
And then it got to a stage where I couldnโt ignore it anymore.
I was exhausted. Not just tired, but drained in a way that rest didnโt fix. A relationship had ended, my work no longer felt aligned, and the environment I was in didnโt support me in the way I needed.
Nothing had completely fallen apart.
But something in me had.
I had spent years trying to become someoneโฆ trying to make things workโฆ trying to find a sense of worth through achievement, recognition, and doing more.
And the truth was, I wasnโt giving any of that to myself.
There was no real connection there. No sense of being on my own side.
Just a constant pushing.
When I began to slow things down, even slightly, I started to feel what had been underneath it all. There were moments in the mornings, sitting with myself, where emotion would come up without warning. Music would bring it out. Stillness would bring it out.
Not in an overwhelming way.
Just enough to show me that something deeper needed attention.
It became less about fixing anything, and more about starting to listen.
Listening to my body.
Listening to what felt right and what didnโt.
Learning where my limits actually were, instead of overriding them.
And slowly, beginning to trust that again.
Itโs still something Iโm learning.
There are days I slip back into old patterns. Days I ignore that inner voice. But the difference now is that I notice it sooner.
And I come back quicker.
A lot of what I wrote came from living through that period. Not from having it figured out, but from being in the middle of it and trying to understand what was really going on.
Looking back, that time changed everything.
Even if it didnโt feel like it at the time.

This book isnโt for everyoneโฆ and Iโve become more okay with that over time.
Itโs not for someone looking for quick fixes or surface-level change.
Itโs for a different place.
A place I found myself in at one point.
From the outside, things looked fine.
Work was fine.
Life was fine.
But underneath it all, something didnโt feel right.
Nothing dramatic.
Just a quiet sense that I wasnโt really living in line with who I am.
And I could feel that.
Not just as a thought โ but in my body.
A kind of disconnection.
From myself.
From what I actually needed.
From what felt true.
If you recognise that feeling, youโll know this is for you.
Someone whoโs spent a lot of time adapting.
Meeting expectations.
Doing what they felt they should do.
But somewhere along the way,
they lost a bit of connection with themselves.
Their own voice.
Their own needs.
Their own sense of direction.
Itโs also for the person who, on paper, is doing wellโฆ
But inside, thereโs still something missing.
A deeper sense of peace.
A feeling of being settled in themselves.
I know that place.
And I know how easy it is to keep overriding what you feel.
To keep going.
Pushing through.
Telling yourself itโs grand.
Until eventually, it starts to catch up.
Burnout.
Exhaustion.
Anxiety.
Disconnection.
For me, this book came from reaching a point where I couldnโt ignore that anymore.
Where continuing as I was just didnโt feel like an option.
And there was something in me that wanted to understandโฆ
to slow things down a bitโฆ
and to start listening to myself in a different way.
So this book isnโt about fixing yourself.
Itโs about coming back into a relationship with yourself.
Gently.
Honestly.
At your own pace.
If youโre in that kind of place,
youโll probably feel whether this is for you or not.
And if you do, you can explore it more here in the comments below ๐
