Sunday week , 28th The INTA will start the process of building a squad of competitors so they may reach the levels they aspire too, INTA has a vast amount of experience with veterans now ready to help the next generation of competitors, we,d love you to attend the squads in a productive friendly environment, you cant but gain some new skills, open to 13yrs Green belt upwards, to veterans wanting one more night under the lights, , let's go
INTA is back our history goes right back , dont forget who we are ,and remember to remember our legacy as competitors , starting off initially with sparring over the weeks and months we,ll progress into patterns both team and individuals, power the lot , as someone once said we're not here to take part we're here to take over , , , everyone loves a comeback and we're coming back 😀
