I am currently the Work Placement Manager for BCommerce with Irish, BSc Accounting and BSc Finance work placement programmes. I also co-teach pre-placement modules to 2nd year Accounting and Finance students to aid work readiness. I have a particular interest in teaching and learning and Integrative Learning and hold a Masters in Teaching and Learning for Higher Education from UCC. The focus of my

Masters MATLHE thesis was how to use the CV as a tool for integrative learning and I recently contributed to the publication 'Integrative learning: International Research and Practice, a project which I enjoyed immensely.This year I have been involved with the BA Economics through Transformational Learning, UCC as a developmental coach for 1st year students through transformative dialogue.
