CIT Powerlifting club being presented with the John West Shield for being the best team at the IDFPA Intervarsities Powerlifting Competition!!!! Well done CIT from all at College Grinds Cork!

College Grinds Cork wishes the very best of luck to both organisers and competitors at the Irish Drug Free Powerlifting Association (IDFPA) Powerlifting Intervarsities 2013. This years competition will be held in Cork Institute of Technology - CIT and will showcase some of the best lifters in the country. College Grinds Cork are delighted to be official sponsors of the CIT Powerlifting team 2013 and caught up with organiser Peter Lucey in the sports hall today.
