Family Recovery Group for family members or concerned personโs impacted by a loved oneโs drinking, drug use or gambling, which is taking place weekly, over 12 sessions between 24th February and 26th May 2026. The programme will be delivered in Anchor Treatment Centre North Cork Hub, Mallow, Cork between 7pm to 8.30pm each Tuesday night, and facilitated by trained and accredited counsellors.
The group is an evidence-based intervention to support family members and concerned persons impacted by a loved oneโs drinking, drug use or gambling. The programme is a non-judgmental, person-centered, solution focused group, using psycho-education and process work incorporating the 5-Step Family Model, 12 Step/Minnesota Model, MI, CBT and DBT.
