Working in each department in each job to gain knowledge of account to administration, engineering, project management, PR and Marketing. She has studied this subject of coaching for the past 20 year graduating as a Business & Personal Life Coach with a Leadership Award and Diploma with International Coaching hours recognised by the International Coaching Federation having graduated with the Irish Life Coaching Institute. Lillian is also a graduate of UCC. Graduating in World Development Studies and also a graduate of the Irish Academy of Public Relations, Dublin having studied under her Mentor Ellen Gunning at UCC..Holding also a team award as Co Film producer Lillian has been involved in theatre/undercover TV and stage /Film acting having been professionally trained. She is also co founder/Treasurer of Southern Screen Professionals, an association bringing awareness to TV/Film to the South of Ireland. She is also a Prof Singer /Pianist and performed with her own band and many well known Irish and International artists. She is quickly being recognised also for her vocal coaching techniques with ref to Vocal projection and Confidence. Corporate and entertainment background combined She challenges herself and pushes herself to the limit to achieve and get where she wants to help people succeed. 2014 was her year of achieving Nominee for best start up with the Cork Chamber of Commerce plus and award of Highly commended from the International Coaching Federation which now since June 2105 she has been elected member of the board of Directors in Ireland. Having gone back to the boardroom and studying her research into why people are not motivated, loyal and procrastinate and why Managers cannot or choose not to delegate etc. She has come up with a PDP working and making changes in all areas mentioned.
