Hey Girls
Im afraid i am fully booked for the 10 weeks program.
Unfortunetly i cant take anymore as i have to get all programs done before monday
I wanto get these out by tomorrow eveing sunday morning. so you can get your grocery shopping done.

So many messages asking about how great this is, i have sent some people there plans already and they are ready to go :) im so glad i can help people. even if its just 1 person 💝
Times are tough at the moment
The 10 weeks are free i will guide you on nutrition/steps home workouts with private videos demonstrating the exercise for you if you are unsure. :) I would like to work with you i will send you on consulatations forms and nutrition forms also to fill out all the details, and then to get back to me with that first by email this hasto be done before saturday 6pm.
Also for this program i am asking to get before and after pictures week 1,week 4,week 8,and week 10. Front back and sides. It will all be explained on the forms and to take measurments for me this is the only thing i am asking for in return.
The photos will go up once your finished the 10 weeks if your happy for me to use on my social media accounts blocking out the face or cropping them out. if you wish or dont feel comfortable with them.:) let me know what you think and i can send some forms over to your email. Thank you Katie

Hey Everyone only replying to all the messages now :) Some responses so i have decided to do 10 weeks free personal training starting from the 1st March Limited Places only. as i would love be able to focus on each one of you, and put all my work into each one of you!

So i am seen lockdown will be extended till May which is crap 😒😒😒you are going to have crap days and good days and that's ok.
Better days are yet to come fingers crossed the summer time,🤞🤞🤞
We will have some normality soon and the majority of people will be vacinated.
Please people dont suffer in silence pick up the phone and ring somebody. My mail box is always open to all.
For me to make things a little easier i am only taking 1 month at a time and focus on the 4 weeks on bettering myself. And then i will focus on the next month then and set myself some small new goals for the new month, what ever it maybe do something small.
We are all in this together and we will get through this. Just stick together and fight this everyday.
If i can help one person please pm if you would like a free home workout and some nutrition guidance to suit your goals i will work it out with you. i can help you to start something good for you.

How is everyone doing?
Back to the swing of things after enjoying lovely munchies yesterday.
Last week was one of my hardest weeks i dont know why, maybe after hearing we will be on a longer lockdown 😒 but look this is a good time to try focus on yourself and with me down 4kg im happy with that :) going to foucs on another few kgs and ill be happy to go back to work to maintain what i have got with still training and eating good. I needed these few weeks. 🤗i hope we have some normality soon guys and girls.
