Cork Primary School Sports 2026 - A fantastic day was had by all who travelled to MTU Cork for the Cork Primary School Sports. Congratulations to everyone who took part and a special well done to our trophy winners on their fantastic achievements. Our pupils represented the school with great enthusiasm, determination and sportsmanship throughout the day, and we couldn't be prouder of them.

A sincere thank you to the parents, who drove, supported and cheered on the children throughout the day. A special word of thanks also to Mr. Newman and Mrs. Dasari for accompanying the children and for their encouragement and support.
We are incredibly proud of all our children for being such wonderful ambassadors for our school and for representing us so well.

The children made their First Holy Communion on Saturday — a joyful and memorable occasion for all involved. The beautiful ceremony, celebrated by Fr. Greene, saw the children represent our school with great pride.

We are incredibly proud of each child and sincerely thank Fr. Greene, the parents, school staff, the choir, and all who helped make the day so meaningful. We hope the children enjoyed celebrating and created memories to cherish for years to come.

Our school was proud to welcome visitors from Austria, Germany, Spain, and Hungary yesterday as part of the Erasmus+ project “Green Cool Schools GROW Europe”.

Our guests visited the school garden and explored our wormery while learning about the fantastic work our pupils are doing to promote biodiversity, composting, and sustainability.

Afterwards, everyone enjoyed refreshments and the opportunity to share ideas and experiences together. We were delighted to showcase the enthusiasm and hard work of our pupils and staff, and we thoroughly enjoyed welcoming our European visitors.

We were delighted to welcome Garda Orla Doyle today for an engaging and informative Safety Talk. The children thoroughly enjoyed the visit and learned about staying safe, making good choices, and the important role that An Garda Síochána plays in our community. A huge thank you to Garda Doyle for taking the time to visit and chat with the children.

The children were absolutely delighted to receive their new hoodies. The quality is excellent, the crest looks fantastic, and the hoodies are both comfortable and stylish. They were a huge hit with everyone and will be worn with great pride.
