Then, in the afternoon, had a great interview with on

I get super nervous doing these things so thanks to everyone who tuned in or listened back and sent me lovely messages 🥰

The Christmas road rage is very joyful indeed 🥹🎄

Do you like Christmas as an ADHDer?

SO excited for tomorrow! Thank you to everyone who has stuck around on my page through all the running this summer 😅

⛰️ Almost a week late posting week 12 of training for the Wicklow EcoTrail 30km! ✅

Lots of easy & recovery runs this week, though it was ROASTING and that made it harder to run, work and sleep!

I’m overly conscious about my Instagram becoming only about running lately and less about ADHD, and I’ve always shared how exercise helps me, but my ADHD also brings serious overwhelm, hyperfocus, and distraction, which has also affected my IG page 😫

🤨 Structure as an ADHDer is hard, but it helps us so much, and having my training structure this whole summer has been really anchoring for me.

I still can’t believe the positive changes I’ve made in my life over the past few years, getting up on a Sunday morning to do a long run rather than being a sesh gremlin crawling home from a rave with my eyeliner smudged & coughing from chain-smoking 🥹

(Though I’m very grateful for those years also!)

⛰️ Week 8 of training for the Wicklow EcoTrail 30km ✅

We have started our “Race Practice” period - working towards building speed and distance matching the conditions of our race, building nice and steadily as endurance training is all about!

I was busy with work so I forgot to take many photos/videos, but enjoyed the sessions. Also got to the gym twice 💪

Tuesday I got my hair done, and later absolutely ruined it by a Fartlek session - 5 x 3 minutes, the hardest session of the week 😅

💜 However, I’ve really noticed feeling fitter lately, recovery has been good, and we’re just under 7 weeks away to the race!
