Sometimes you just have the make tough decisions because deep down it’s just the right thing to do!

And for now, I need to slow down the pace and I don’t want to sacrifice anymore time from my girls as I lose enough as it is with the 9-5!

Rayne Holistic Coaching as I know it is having a bit of a hiatus 😃

Time to practice what I preach and stay true to my values and embrace the phase of life I’m currently in!

Looking forward to coming back to it in time but I still may have a small service available in the new year to keep my toe in the water so I won’t miss it too much 😃

Will also try keep myself accountable and keep using the page for well-being content too for old times sake 😃

I’ve come along way over the years to manage my anxiety and panic attacks…but weaning my baby with finger food, wow, now that takes a lot of work to calm my nerves 😃😃🙈🙈

I love writing things down! I have lists of lists and so many self development diaries with pages filled with my goals.

I used to spend so much time sitting down writing out everything I want to achieve and nearly convincing myself that that itself was productive and progress.

But Ive learned that I kept writing down the same goals for years, tried to create a plan to achieve them but for the most part I was writing down the same goals year after year.

When I finally stopped and asked myself what was going on here I realised I never truely believed I could achieve it.

I used to give myself a pep talk or watch some motivational talks to convince myself that I’ve got this but when I really explored it, I realised that I wasn’t backing myself at all.

Two examples:

When it came to weightloss - I had a strong want to lose weight and be healthy
but what I actually believed was that I didn’t have the strength to overcome emotional eating.

When it came to my business- I had a strong passion to help people
But what I actually believed was that I would not be taken seriously enough as a business woman.

But what can you do?
Challenge that limiting belief, look for the evidence that it’s not true as opposed to looking for all the evidence to convince yourself it is true.

Start with working on your mindset, your confidence, your inner voice.

Awareness is key 🔑

Is there something you want to do or achieve but you just cannot get moving?

Do you know where the resistance is coming from?

We often don’t stop to think about what actually holds us back

Or

Sometimes we think we know the answer but its not until we probe a little further that we discover a whole new reason as to why.

So if you find yourself answering this question, perhaps just ask yourself…what else could it be??

Bit of a longer video today but thought I would share this for World Mental Health Day and it might be worth a save to watch later for anyone who can relate or who is going through this right now.

Living with panic attacks often goes hand in hand with anxiety and depression.

That is the case for me and I have worked extremely hard the past decade to manage it to ensure it doesn’t affect my quality of life too much.

Also worth nothing that anxiety and panic attacks present in different ways for different people.

This has been my experience and I went on to have silent panic attacks when out in public when I was more confident in controlling them.

So you just don’t know how people are feeling as you walk past them on the street, at work etc.

A simple smile could be enough to reassure someone 💕

Have missed the simplicity of posting on social media so throwing it back to when I loved just posting some scenic photos 😊

So easy to get caught up in everything in day to day life, it can be hard to take a step back and just pause and breath. (Sometimes I’ve gone through days feeling like I’ve held my breath all day 🙈)

So here’s to the simple things in life today!

First time abroad recently since 2019! Also first time abroad with kids 🙈 Although it was chaotic at times, we didn’t realise how much we actually needed it.

Just time to step away from the day to day hustle!

Gave us the space to stop, take a step back and reset. Something we were definitely struggling to do at home the last while.

Time to save for the next break 😊

Don’t wait for things to be a certain way before you start, Just start no matter how small

Just do the best you can on any given day

Often the pressure and expectation we put on ourselves stops us from doing anything at all.
